Hey y'all! my name is Guillermo, owner of Los Amigos Coffee. I’m a self-taught coffee roaster and barista from Albuquerque, New Mexico. What began as a personal love for coffee turned into a journey to master the art and science of roasting, crafting specialty coffee with precision to bring out its unique flavors. Each batch is carefully roasted, balancing temperature and time to ensure every bean delivers the best the cup can offer.

I believe coffee is best enjoyed when shared. When I was a barista, I saw how a simple cup of coffee could bring people together. Whether with friends or strangers, there’s something special about sitting down over a great cup, connecting through conversation, and getting to know someone. It’s all about building community, one sip at a time.
